The Seahawks waived Westover (undisclosed) from injured reserve with an injury settlement Friday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: Westover signed with the Seahawks in April as an undrafted free agent. The Washington product played in the preseason opener against the Chargers on Aug. 10, but his unspecified injury kept him out of the following two exhibition contests.
